Keto month 4… and the donut lover in me has had me crying every Saturday / Sunday morning, missing those trips to Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme. I tried a few recipes on Pinterest and they were OK. But I was still looking for that one “WOW me” donut recipe.

I found it in a mix on Amazon. And it literally changed my life. My donut life.
It’s got the taste of a real donut, the texture of a real donut, and one recipe makes a real half dozen of real donuts.

Ingredients you’ll need:
- Diabetic Kitchen’s Cinnamon Donut Mix (buy it here)
- Unsalted butter
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Donut pan (we used these silicone ones)
- Swerve Granulated Sweetener (optional for topping – buy it here)
Too easy to not make all the time!
You’ll notice that one donut is net 2 carbs and no sugar!
Which means (if you are doing the math like me) 6 donuts are 12 carbs which still keeps one under the 20g of net carbs per day if you get what I’m sayin’.
