Chaffles are big in the keto / low carb food world right now. More than just waffle shaped cheese, these treats are great for snacks, sub as bread in sandwiches or, like waffles, make a great breakfast food. We’re making ranch flavored chaffles today and you have to try them!

You just need a mini waffle maker, cheese, eggs and ranch seasoning. The chaffles are ready before your mouth starts watering. And if you love cheese, the smell of baking cheese is everything!

You can use many different cheeses for chaffles. For these ranch chaffles, we’ve used cheddar. If you want a milder flavor, try mozzarella.

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheese (we used cheddar)
- 2 eggs
- 2 T ranch dressing
Instructions
- Mix ingredients
- Spray waffle iron with cooking spray
- Pour mixture onto mini waffle maker using 1/3mixing cup
- Cook for 3 minutes or follow the instructions for your particular waffle maker
