Thanksgiving is such a decadent holiday that it’s hard to imagine sticking to a healthy eating lifestyle. It’s close to impossible to find willpower, especially when the people around you are not low-carbing it. Of course, we could serve plain turkey and veggies and leave out the stuffing, potatoes and dessert – however, who wants to do that? So we cheat, then feel bad about it, then ride right into Christmas and repeat the cycle.
We tried to go low carb last Thanksgiving and that’s when we realized that it could be done. Unfortunately, we were enjoying the recipes so much that I didn’t take one photo to blog about! It was all that good.
So this year, let’s plan ahead and try out some Keto / Low Carb recipes that don’t taste low carb – even the pickiest eater will love.
Make sure you check out my Keto shopping list for all the products I’ve used and loved.
