Keto month 4…  and the donut lover in me has had me crying every Saturday / Sunday morning, missing those trips to Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme. I tried a few recipes on Pinterest and they were OK. But I was still looking for that one “WOW me” donut recipe.

I found it in a mix on Amazon. And it literally changed my life. My donut life.

It’s got the taste of a real donut, the texture of a real donut, and one recipe makes a real half dozen of real donuts. Enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed the donuts.

You’ll notice that one donut is net 2 carbs and no sugar!

Which means (if you are doing the math like me) 6 donuts are 12 carbs which still keeps one under the 20g of net carbs per day if you get what I’m sayin’.

The Keto Doughnut Mix certainly does not look like it would be Keto to me. The first several ingredients seem to be derived from grains. Please, explain how this is legal Keto.
