I’m a pickle fanatic. No lie, my first sneaky eating at the age of about 1 was inhaling an entire a jar of pickles behind the couch. Yep, ate the whole thing before my mom got up. No excuses – I mean it’s dill pickles! Now I’m adding them to my fat bomb recipes because, being a pickle lover, savory fat bombs are where it’s at!

Dill Pickle Fat Bomb Recipe Ingredients
I’ve taken my Everything Seasoning Fat Bomb recipe and added the pickle twist to it. Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and chopped dill pickles. You can buy these in the jar already chopped or use your food processor (I love my mini) to chip them yourself.

An Easy Savory Fat Bomb Recipe
And then you stir and mix and stir and mix some more. And taste test along the way. Yes, that’s me below doing a little quality control. OK, a lot. So many fat bombs are sweet and serve as that substitute for sweet treats. Me? I’m a savory gal and, honestly, can do without the sweets. Savory? I’ll never give that up!

Can you have pickles on a keto diet?
Yes! You’re only adding 4-6 to this recipe. These fat bombs are fabulous served on celery, but since that’s a pretty heavy flavor, I usually use sliced zucchini or cucumbers to dip and serve the fat bombs. Although I’ve been known to eat it with a spoon. Good thing about being a grownup is there’s no more hiding behind the couch anymore :)
These are pretty enough that I’d consider adding them to a charcuterie board. Also this one has vodka, so I’m immediately drawn to it :) How do you say pickle in French?

It’s really that good. Make sure you place the mixture in the fridge to get firm. That makes it much easier to roll into balls. You could certainly make one large log or cheese ball to serve at a party. Scoop it with my cheese sticks or pair it with some crackers like this high fiber keto recipe.
Sandwich anyone? I’m making a big batch for the beach in April. These fat bombs are a great addition to your keto / low carb diet, but all my non-keto family members think I made these dill pickle fat bombs just for them. Yes, we’re a family of pickle freaks!

I love this recipe!! So tasty!! How much is considered a serving?? ??

Loved this, thanks!! I didn’t have any cucumbers so I made 2 of my favorite “cracker” alternatives: pepperonis microwaved until crisp, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese baked into little crisps. It was great with both, thanks!!

This recipe looks amazing. I can’t wait to try it. Thanks so much for sharing. How much chopped pickle do I need if I’m using pre-chopped pickles (dill pickle relish)?

I am so making this next time I am on keto! These sound delicious. I’ve made sweeter cookie dough-esque fat bombs, but have yet to make a dill pickle one. So hyped!
