I’ll tell you now – go ahead and bookmark because these are amazing.  I wait every year (just like everyone else) for cinnamon chips from Hershey’s to hit the store.  This year I bought a 6 pack from Amazon.com because I STILL have yet to see them in my grocery store.

This is a breakfast treat.  You’ll love it so much it may become a snack and dessert treat too.  I’m a big fan of Bisquick making it easy for me in the kitchen, but you could make your own biscuits from scratch too if you are so inclined.  Or an overachiever.  Or a better cook than I am.

Cranberry Cinnamon Chip Bisquick Biscuits

Biscuits
2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup milk (I use soy)
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/2 cup Hershey’s Cinnamon Chips
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Maple Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon maple-flavored syrup

Heat oven to 450ºF.
Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet (makes 10-12). Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix all ingredients for the glaze and drizzle over biscuits. Serve warm.
