This recipe is so easy to make, you can always have muffins in the house.
What do I eat for breakfast on the keto diet?
Keto breakfasts don’t have to be bacon and eggs. These muffins, obviously, are a perfect breakfast idea, and you can try different flavors instead of the cinnamon. Add nutmeg to the cinnamon too (very fall-ish) or lemon essential oil as well! I’ll bet a Lemon Rosemary would be perfect for something fancy :)

These cinnamon spice muffins taste great. The texture is so light, they could substitute as cupcakes with a keto-friendly frosting. These might become our Birthday Cupcake go to!
