Are you looking for the best tasting keto fat bombs? Be careful. These chocolate cheesecake keto fat bombs might just rival potato chips in the “nobody can eat just one” category. This so far has been my favorite recipe to taste test. Keto chocolate fat bombs are a great way to curb your chocolate cravings and hunger. These allow you to say “I have to eat my cheesecake NOW” – who can argue?

Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Keto friends, these goodies are made with ingredients that I’ll bet you already have in your pantry / fridge. They are some of the keto staples that you’ll want to keep on hand for chocolate cheesecake emergencies.

This is a real thing by the way.

How do you make fat bombs?

Mix all ingredients together. We’ve mixed this batch by hand, but I’d recommend using a mixer. Either a hand mixer or stand mixer will do. You’ll want the cream cheese well mixed so you don’t end up biting into a cream cheese pocket. Unless you do…then you do you.

Is cream cheese on the keto diet?

The good news is, cream cheese is OK to eat on the keto diet. It’s protein and fat with no carbs, so it works. It’s an excellent ingredient for low carb recipes – it helps satisfy your cravings and keep you full.

What is the purpose of keto fat bombs?

Fat bombs contain healthy fats and help you get the fat you need on the keto diet. Fat bombs help curve cravings and keep you feeling full. And there are all kinds of flavors – both sweet and, my favorite, savory fat bombs. Yes, you can eat too many! You want to keep within your macros. And the macros will vary based on the size of your balls. Your Fat Bomb Balls that is.

Will I Miss Real Sugar on a Low Carb Diet?

If you’re finding it hard to go without sugar, take it one day at a time – or 5 days at a time like my friend Andrea did. Find out what she learned from just 5 days without sugar!

Do you have to keep fat bombs frozen?

It’s best to keep them frozen so they last a long time. The texture of these keto desserts is more like an ice cream, so freezing them is a keto ice cream treat for sure. Storing them is easy and they’ll last few weeks in the freezer. I store mine in a bag before placing them in the freezer. That is if you don’t eat them all first.

That’s a thing too. Don’t ask me how I know.

When should I eat keto fat bombs?

They can make the perfect quick breakfast, mid-afternoon snack, or night time snack that feels like a cheat! These chocolate cheesecake keto fat bombs taste amazing and are very filling. I joke that you’d eat them all at once, but, honestly, one is plenty for me. I love enjoying one with my favorite bullet proof coffee in the morning – they really are the best tasting keto fat bombs.

I’m excited to try these. They sound great! I’ll make mine smaller and use less sugar or maybe none. I’m not fond of artificial sweeteners and use very little. I may only use a little coconut sweetener.

As a type 1 diabetic, these are the best for satisfying my cravings. When I first tasted the mixture, I wasn’t impressed. But after they froze it seemed the flavor improve and it was all I could do to not over do it. My husband is hooked! Thank you!

Just made these . Added some natural peanut butter instead of the almond butter. I tasted t before fezing so if it needed adjustments I made them. I also added more cocoa and butter. I blended it well in my nutibullet. So creamy, so good. Macros?I don’t care. It’s a treat , not a meal.

You might try less butter and more cream cheese if the taste is not what you want. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

I wish I had read this before making. I will definitely make them again, but with half of the butter. They are freezing right now! Thanks for the recipe.

That’s what I thought as well. Taste was a LITTLE better after freezing. I may try peanut butter next time. And I’d love to know what chocolate powder is. Is that cocoa powder?

I separated mine into 12 balls like instructed and they were pretty massive. Probably could have done 24 and had fewer macros per ball. Anyone else have this happen?

Hello ! I am assuming both the butter and cream cheese are softened, correct ? Also. I tried clicking on the “reviews “ and wasn’t able to ? Is there a section where I can read past reviews? It allowed me to write one but not view previous ones. Thanks in advance for your time.

Lisa you should take the info from your ingredients and plug it into a program like myfitnesspal under “my recipes” and then when you see how many you get from it (based on your scoop size/spoon size) then you can put that number into the servings area and it will tell you EXACTLY what the macros are for each of your fat bombs ? HTH!
