I love fat bombs – it saved me many days on Keto. But have you noticed that most of them are sweet? I’ve always been a savory girl, so I’m working on a series of savory fat bombs and the first one up is these Cheddar and Everything Seasoning fat bombs.

I first tried this recipe at a pot luck. Someone had made a cream cheese log and rolled it in the seasoning. I decided to make my own twist tho – see what you think! Let’s start with the essentials – cream cheese and shredded cheddar. I used the bagged shredded cheddar, but you’ll get a better consistency if you shred your own. It’s softer / finer I’ve found and mixes better – but the taste is the same, either way!
Once you’ve mixed those, it’s time to refrigerate for a few hours. Then pull bite size pieces and roll into balls. I’ve made these smaller than I normally would. I think it depends on how much flavor you want from the spice, balancing that with the cheese mixture. So here’s the dish on the spices – Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning from Trader Joe’s. Mix the two cheeses and chill for 2 hours or longer. Pull a tablespoon size ball and roll it in the seasoning. Store balls in the fridge (if you don’t eat them all at once!)
