If you’re looking for easy cauliflower recipes, you’ve arrived. Oven roasted cauliflower steaks with everything but the bagel seasoning are simple to make, extra tasty and are pretty enough to serve at your next party.

How do you cut cauliflower into steaks?
Cutting the cauliflower into steaks isn’t hard. But in order to get several perfectly formed cauliflower steaks, you’ll need to cut carefully. If this is for a dinner party where presentation is important, you may want to get a couple extra cauliflower heads. Pro-tip – choose the largest cauliflower heads you can find. That makes it easier to cut them and cut them thicker = get more steaks out of one head.

Is cooking cauliflower keto friendly
Cooked cauliflower steaks are a great low carb / keto vegetable. Cauliflower is full of nutrients (especially Vitamin K and C), low in carbs and is a great replacement for rice and potatoes in recipes. Keep track of your macros and enjoy it as roasted cauliflower, in soups or add it to your favorite casseroles.

Yes, I said casseroles – it’s better than rice in some dishes. What are some other recipes that use cauliflower? Try these on the blog:

What’s in Everything Bagel Seasoning?
Trader Joe’s Everything seasoning includes white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt flakes, dried garlic, and dried onions. You can definitely make your own and use your own quantities to personalize the taste. For me? I’m not a garlic person, so I’d go light on that – but you do you!

These oven roasted cauliflower steaks bake to a tender texture. Cooking cauliflower removes the sharp raw cauliflower flavor creating a mild flavor that even your kids will love. Everything bagel seasoning makes it taste AHHH-MAZING!

If you want to try something different, you can try grilled cauliflower steaks for some added flavor. Instead of Everything Seasoning, try other flavors such as parmesan cheese, Old Bay or taco seasoning.
