Yield: 1 lb
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry green beans and snip the ends if necessary.
  2. Beat eggs in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the parmesan into a bowl and mix in a generous amount of salt and pepper (to taste).
  4. Dip each bean into the egg, covering on all sides.
  5. Then dip the bean into the parmesan, sprinkle cheese over bean to completely coat.
  6. Lay each bean in the basket of your air fryer, making sure there is space between each bean
  7. Air fry at 360 degrees for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Note that your air fryer may take more or less time.
