Keto Air Fryer Fried Pickles

  • 20 dill pickle chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Take 20 pickle slices - about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Dip each slice in beaten eggs.
  3. Then dip each slice in almond flour - keep your fingers clean between dipping, or use a toothpick to dip each one - for easier handling.
  4. Lay the pickle slices on the air fryer basket. Try to keep space between them to allow air flow.
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

Hi! Very interested in trying these but patience is not one of my strong suits. Can I put the pickle slices & butter in a ziploc then strain and put in a ziploc with the dredge?
