If you use an air fryer with food presets, the preset for cooking steak is too much for this recipe. - 1 lb steak cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 Tbs grass fed butter (we use Kerrigold)
- 2 Tbs steak seasoning
- Cut your steak into cubes about 1 inch each. Place steak in a medium bowl
- Melt butter and pour over the steak and stir well.
- Add steak seasoning and mix well - note the butter will start to solidify if the steak is cold. (that's OK)
- Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes to 350 degrees
- Add steak bites to your basket, making sure to leave room for the air to flow.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until done to your taste.
