You may have a basket style air fryer (which works fine) but I used my Cuisinart air fryer to make these. If you use an air fryer with food presets, the preset for cooking steak is too much for this recipe. The steak setting will cook these keto air fryer butter steak bites far too long and you’ll lose the tenderness of your steak. Sometimes it’s best to check as they cook. (who doesn’t love a taste test!)

Keto Air Fryer Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 Tbs grass fed butter (we use Kerrigold)
- 2 Tbs steak seasoning
Instructions
- Cut your steak into cubes about 1 inch each. Place steak in a medium bowl
- Melt butter and pour over the steak and stir well.
- Add steak seasoning and mix well - note the butter will start to solidify if the steak is cold. (that's OK)
- Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes to 350 degrees
- Add steak bites to your basket, making sure to leave room for the air to flow.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until done to your taste.
