Have you tried Shirley J sauce?  It’s so easy to make a white sauce and make so many tasty dishes with this “mix with water” sauce pack.  The other night we tried it as a topping for a white pizza and yummtastic!

You have to let it thicken in the pot, then pour it over your pizza crust. Add toppings – we added cooked spinach, artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese.  Next time I might change up the cheeses a little.  But it was fabulous.

i received the shirley j about a year ago to review and am still a huge fan!
