I was given the opportunity to review the new Toyota Venza 2014 for a week. I’m a Toyota driver so I already have mad love for the brand. I’ll share the best bells and whistles because we all love bells and whistles. But this car has some power too and was a great ride. And I got around 25 miles to the gallon – granted it was mostly highway miles.
OK so all this from a girl who bought her last car because amongst the 8 she tried, she based her decision on which seat was the most comfortable.
(side note my butt was thrilled to test drive the Venza)
Anywhoo on to the frills.
The first think you’ll notice is how roomy it is front and back. Very comfortably seats 5. The car feels more like a full size sedan and I really enjoyed both front and back leg room and body room. Arm rests in the right place – oh and yes, as I mentioned comfy seats. You’ll want to try the driver seat that adjusts when you get in and out to your preset option.
The second thing you’ll notice is 2 sunroofs. Only because you can’t help it. People will love the openness of the back. However you’ll want to watch babies in the back so they don’t get too much sun in their eyes.
So yes there is room. Yes there is light. Yes my butt was terrifically comfortable.
But there’s more – but I didn’t want the post to take a week to load. You’ll just have to come back tomorrow. Part deux.
Disclosure: I was given the Venza for a week and gift cards to cover expenses. All opinions are my own.
