Remember that sugar free Cinnamon donut mix I bought for my Keto diet? Now that it’s fall (y’all!), I added some additional spices and flavors to the mix to make these donuts pumpkin pie flavored! And these are extra pumpkinny (it has to be a word, right?) and great for the Keto lifestyle
And they are made with a mix. Which means they are in your cabinet all the time waiting to be made.
The mix is a brand called Diabetic Kitchen. They are part of a selection of sugar free baking mixes. Since this is a cinnamon donut, it’s already on the way to pumpkin heaven. I made a few substitutions from the recipe on the container – chances are you have all of this already at home.
There are obviously tons of options to change up these donuts. Having the mix on hand is key for me. Imagine these with chocolate chips, chocolate frosting, or orange zest. Orange and cinnamon is one of my favorite combinations!

Keto Pumpkin Pie Donuts
- 3/4 cups + 3 Tbs Cinnamon Donut Diabetic Kitchen mix (buy it here)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teas pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tbs pumpkin puree
- Cream Cheese
- Swerve sweetener to taste
- Pumpkin pie spice to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6 donut pan with non-stick spray (we use this silicone donut tray)
Melt butter and mix in other wet ingredients and the pumpkin pie spice. Add the donut mix and mix well. Pour evenly into the 6 donut wells. Bake for 15 minutes.
Add your favorite Keto icing. We piped this out of a pastry bag, but you could also spread it for more even coverage.
