This was the week that I really struggled with electrolytes. If there’s one piece of information I could give anyone who wants to try a Keto diet, it’s figure out how to replace the sodium, potassium and magnesium. I found this one below:

I started taking a natural weight management supplement called Slique Citraslim. It’s been called by some a “fat muncher” – from the site:
“Slique CitraSlim also includes a proprietary citrus extract blend, which some studies suggest may help support the body in burning excess fat when used in conjunction with a healthy weight-management plan.* The polyphenolic mixture of flavonoids offers powerful antioxidants that are touted for their health benefits.* This blend may also support the release of free fatty acids, which help break down fat.”*
In addition I’m adding Slique Essence to my water.

I did find these Shortbread Butter Cookies which have pretty much become my world. Check them out, make them and tell me you don’t want to eat the whole batch at once. But don’t – it will take all your carbs for the day!
