We’re already a week into 2016, and already I’m losing my motivation. I don’t know if it’s the weather (cold after weeks of rain), the fact that we’re just getting the Christmas decorations down and put away, or the fact that I’m trying to eat right and that’s a stress all by itself.
Maybe it’s all 3.
