Bonefish Grill has a new look after some decor upgrades and menu additions. I’ll get right to the important stuff but first, let’s drool over some Bang Bang Shrimp.
I know – me too.
The decor is sleeker and more modern. And while the low lighting is still one of my least favorite challenges, I do feel like it works with the new decor. We spoke to the manager and got the scoop on the reno. There were a lot of long nights, overnights, and all in all they only had to close for 4 days to complete the renovation. It’s impressive to think they can transform a restaurant – and not really miss a beat. And it wasn’t all in the dining room – they upgraded the kitchen tech and added the wood-burning grills.

And more Bang Bang Shrimp to keep you drooling:
We enjoyed our Swordfish + Pumpkin Ravioli and Scampi-Style Snapper + Shrimp dinners- two of the wood grilled fish dinners.
And we loved the Apple Martinis.
That fish in the background? Cool wall art.
I would end it with dessert, but I haven’t had enough Bang Bang Shrimp. So let’s end it on a savory note:
We visited the Bonefish Grill on Midlothian Turnpike in Midlothian, VA and received a gift card to enjoy the evening. Hope you’ll check out your local Bonefish Grill if you haven’t already! It’s a family fave!
