This was a winner with Mr. Beck. He’s not picky, but new foods with him can be a crap-shoot. Feeding toddlers healthy foods can always be a challenge.
Not only is this recipe easy (10 minutes to fix) but you could change it up and use different veggies or cheeses. I can see a lot of possibilities with this one.
We started with 1 lb ground turkey, 2 eggs, 1 c shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs and 1 c spinach.
I made 4 small mini loaves, but you could make one big one – or even 8-12 small loaves in muffin tins. We baked them 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Slice it and serve! Hope your toddler enjoys. I know mine did!
