That about sums up Month 3.  I didn’t gain, but I didn’t lose.  Why?  I ate too much.

I’m stress eating.

I need a plan to get back on track.  I don’t mind the shakes.  I really don’t.  For the most part it’s easy for me.  Maybe I assumed it would be too easy and I slipped up.

I’m back on track for Month 4.  And I’m going to do this.  I’m down one size.  My goal is to get out of plus and into regular.  3 Months.  I can do it.

OMG I hope I can do it.

    Linda, I love that photo and how honest you are. Down one size? Great job! Be kind to yourself and realize that is a huge accomplishment. This is a new month and so is next month and I’m here to support you! What can I do?
