It’s the end of month 2.  While my success is slowing down, I’m still seeing declines in the weight and inches.

With the exception of about a week of stress eating, I’ve been able to stick to it.  It’s been relatively easy except for those evenings when I want to indulge.  So I have indulged a little here and there – and for one week while I was watching my grandson full time – A LOT OF INDULGING.  But hey, I’m getting through it.  I’m not perfect and I could probably be down a lot further, but I’m still doing it.  That is a big change for me.  The keeping it up.

I’m on to month 3!  If you want to look into Shaklee for yourself, head on over.  I’m signed up as a distributor (that’s an affiliate link) and happy to help you on your weight loss journey too!
