You know I don’t make food that is difficult, has too many ingredients or too many steps. I’m a short cut chef. This recipe for Nutella Bread Pudding requires very little that you don’t already have.
I know you have Nutella. That’s a given right?
Cut a loaf of hard bread into slices. I used French, but you can use any hard bread.
With the slices make Nutella sandwiches. Yes I was VERY generous with the spread.
Put them in a baking dish – you’ll have to judge the size based on how much bread you sliced.
Mix 3 eggs and 1-2 cups of coffee creamer. I used International Delight Hazelnut and now coffee tomorrow is going to be meh. Now this is the part you may not get and I didn’t do a visual. Once you pour the mixture over the sandwiches, let it set for a few minutes and then take a flat spoon and smoosh the bread down to make sure it soaks up the liquid.
Bake it in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes WITH foil over top. I took the dish out about halfway and smooshed the bread some more. You can take the foil off and bake another 10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top!
Serve warm while the Nutella is still hot. NOMMY goodness!
