THAT is how it starts….. buttery lemon goodness, seasoned perfectly so that it drips down you fingers as you pull the shells off the shrimp. Talk about finger licking good. You’ll end up with a plate that looks like this….
- 1 lb medium or large uncooked shrimp
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- Italian (or similar) season to taste
- Pour the melted butter on a small cookie sheet. Cover with sliced lemons and top with the shrimp. Bake at 350 Degrees for 15-18 minutes (longer for larger shrimp)
