Who likes ribs? If grilling is your thing then ribs are your game.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense, but seriously ribs are one of the best grilling foods out there. Recipes can be complicated with rubs and herbs and marinades – or you can just slap some sauce on them and fire them up.
It’s your choice.
My choice? I marinade everything in italian dressing. Not for long – maybe an hour just long enough to flavor. Then I throw on a rub on my Tyson ribs (this time I used McCormick Grill Mates Sweet and Smoky Rub) and lather them with sauce – Kraft Original BBQ Sauce for this recipe. Save some sauce for halfway through the grilling process. I also used a grilling rack which allows the air to circulate for even cooking. The result? Sweet, smokey, a bit of spice and a lot of flavor.
Serve them on a your best china. They. are. that. good.
