I have a new favorite dish to prepare. Crispy veggies. So far I’ve tried edamame baked with parmesan cheese and I could eat that like candy. Tonight I tried crispy broccoli. It’s so tasty and is really a meal in itself.
Here’s how easy it is to have your own veggie treat.
- 3 cups small broccoli spears
- Salt to taste
- Line a baking sheet with foil and cover lightly with EVOO. Sprinkle lightly with salt (to taste). Stir the broccoli around to coat evenly.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
