Grilled cheese for breakfast, lunch or dinner, right? Whoever said grilled cheese was only good for lunch didn’t love cheese enough. That in itself should be a crime, right?
I’m a bit of a snob anyway when it comes to cheese – never on my burger, soft cheeses over hard, and the smellier the better. This grilled cheese with avocado and roasted red peppers is divine. Caroline added the brussel sprouts because truth be told I don’t eat them. I tried one of hers and quickly scooped them off the plate. More for her -she was happy.
