S’mores Nachos in the Oven – Moodie Foodie

What do you get when you combine pita chips with marshmallows and M&Ms? Oh and bake it in the oven? It’s s’mores but like nachos. Or is it nachos but like s’mores? dunno… but it’s definitely PMS approved.

You also get a house that smells like gooey chocolate heaven. This is best made when the kids are not home and the husband is no where near.  Can you get them all out of the house?  No?  OK.  We’ll we’ll make it fast before they figure it out.

Line a pan with Stacy’s Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips and sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate bits – we used M&M’s. You could match the M&Ms for a holiday treat!

While they are baking, tuck a napkin in your shirt to catch the drool.

You really don’t want to skip this step.

I’m not kidding – just looking out for you!

Once it’s out of the oven – and it doesn’t take long to melt and the marshmallows to toast just a little – scoop one of the chips and a chunk of marshmallow and chocolate.

This is the time to turn your back to your family because you are going to want to SHOVE THAT PUPPY IN YOUR MOUTH FAST AND NOT IN A LADYLIKE MANNER.

I’m not kidding – just looking out for you here again.

Keep scooping until the smell gets to the rest of the family and you have to share.
