One of the best parts of the trip to Jamaica was seeing the spirit of the people there.  I did a little navel gazing and caught people at their best – which is Jamaica and it’s people most of the time.  Happy people who seem to embrace the fact that tourism is important to their island and they pull out all the stops to make sure tourists are welcome and cared for.

He’s one of the hardest working people I know – and smart as all get out. He was our guide and friend for the week – Jerron from the Jamaica Tourist Board.
