The sponsors for Blissdom rock our socks off in so many ways. A fun tradition that was started last year was the Prep for Bliss package that sent goodies especially for the family while the moms are away being Blissdom Fabulous.
This year though my daughter is coming with me #squee and so we decided to jump right in and enjoy those goodies!
ConAgra foods this year gave us a “ReadySetEat” binder with some easy fix recipes and my daughter who is ACTUALLY the homemaker in the family, jumped right in and said “let’s cook”!
I gave her they eye and said “let’s watch YOU cook”.
She’s always up for the challenge. She picked a recipe called Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Sweet Potatoes. The pork seasoned with oil, garlic and oregano…the sweet potatoes with I’M NOT KIDDING orange juice and oregano..so good….
Yes she handles the sharp objects. Much safer that way.
And thank goodness for the PAM which made cleanup easy – because that’s my part. In fact it’s the part I haven’t done yet since I’m too busy blogging.
I’ll get right on it.
Maybe in the morning.
Real Housewives is on. I have to learn to be the homemaker in the family somewhere right?
