You know I love any short cut I can find. Hence the name Domestic Hack. I made these easy peasy pies using premade chocolate chip cookie dough and an easy make pie filling.
I started with premade cookie dough and mold it into cupcake pans.
Bake it according to the directions on the dough. When you remove them from the oven, take a spoon and push down on the center of each crust. Not too hard…just enough to take the “puff” down.
Remove them and let them cool.
Make the mix by combining 1 package of chocolate Jello and 1 1/2 cups milk, and stir for 1 minute.
Then with a mixer, mix in 1 8 oz package low fat (cause that makes a difference?) softened cream cheese and 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Mix it well. Spoon into the cups and let firm in the fridge.
These are rich so don’t eat them ALL at once!!
