I love shapewear…would marry it “LOVE”…

As a plus size woman who is not leaving the plus anytime soon, I have to do what I can to keep it in check.  When I got the chance to review Diva Defined brand shapewear I had to wonder what would make this different.

Annette International recently launched DIVA DEFINED (http://annetteonline.com/), an innovative adjustable shapewear collection to bring out the diva in you!  The DIVA DEFINED Collection is comprised of basic styles that are both flattering and functional – the panel adjusts from LIGHT to FIRM control, while allowing a tremendous amount of comfort.   This revolutionary concept of adjustable shapewear allows users to alter the degree of control to dress fabulously and look flawless day and night!

There are a few things that I love.  I tried the top and panties and find them both easier to get into than some shapewear that never gives.  The first time I tried it on though I did not pay attention to the adjustable band and it was too tight.   NOT FUN SQEEEEEZING THE BOD IN THERE.  Adjust the strap (it’s like a bra back with hook and eye?) and it went on smoothly and even provides some back support (note, not a MEDICAL recommendation for back pain, though it made mine feel better)*  Stayed in place too, which I hear can be an issue with other brands…

I wore the black with this top and the difference was so noticeable.  Much more so than with the Target price garments I usually wear.

Hiding behind a Minion works too…

Linda, you didn’t need a Minon in front of you. You look great girl.

My question is….do the tops stay down?
Every last piece of “shapewear” eventually leaves me looking like the Michelin man, because as I walk (and I walk everywhere here), it rolls up. Leaving me with an extra roll, thankyouverymuch.

    Just wonderin’?
