The Pina Colada Creme Caramel with Pineapple Chantilly Creme sounds delicious and so easy to make. The only difference I would make is that instead of the whole slice of pineapple I would probably use Dole’s crushed pineapple. It is something I keep in my pantry for ice cream sundaes and pineapple upside down cake.

    Essay entered at Dole:
There are never less than 10 cans of Dole Fruit in my cupboard! I have raised 6 children and have 14 grandchildren so as you can imagine there is a lot of cooking and eating done around here! For a quick dessert nothing is easier than a can of Dole Fruit Cocktail and a tub of Cool Whip! Just drain the fruit ( which the youngest kids always beg to drink), and mix it up! My husband loves drained pineapple chunks on vanilla ice cream. He says that regular ice cream toppings are too sweet but pineapple chunks are perfect!
I recently made Pear Fritters by substituting Dole canned pears for the apples in my apple fritter recipe. Served with ice cream they were excellent!
As I said to start with, there is never less than 10 cans of Dole Fruits in my cupboard! You can see they are loved in this house

This is my entry: Well I feel that every desseret and most of my meals I am using dole fruit. My daughter is finally at the age where she is eating well and she absolutely loves your fruit! So It is a must that I keep our pantry stalked up with dole fruit. It makes me feel great because I know it is so healthy for her as well. My husbands favorite fruit is pineapple so I keep it stalked up with dole fruit pineapple as well. I don’t know what I would do without dole!
