My loss is your gain!

You know I got the Core Rhythms in a contest that they sponsored on  my blog before and I’ve been using it since then…and I’m a loser!

That’s Right!  I have lost an inch in my core area, my waist and stomach area…I have a lot of inches to lose, but it’s a start!

To celebrate, I’m giving away another starter set of the Core Rhythms DVD’s. The best part about these DVD’s? They are fun! I’m learning dance moves…mambo, jive, samba…and seriously, a workout feels like a night of dancing with my friends!   Sometimes I just watch it, it’s that much fun…

wait, don’t tell anyone that…shhhh….

I’M TOTALLY WORKING OUT ALL THE TIME!!!

And like with any DVD’s you can take it slow, learn the moves at your own pace.

    I am 46 years old and have already lost around 40 pounds. I first started out with calorie counting and watching my diet because my husband was diagnosed as being a diabetic. This really helped. Now I am in to power walking with hand weights and I increase the distance every couple of days. What I feel I need to do now is to add a program that is designed to deal with specific areas such as the abs, the hips, the butt, etc. and it will all come together perfectly. Last appointment at the doctors I had lost another 3 lbs., but I still have 13 more to go to reach my goal. I am down to the hardest point in my weight loss and it is not budging very fast, but I am still not giving up.

    I am trying to work out but am not doing a good job. I will wear a bathing suit no matter what I look like I just want to work out to be healthier.

    How fun! I have been walking every evening and eating well for this summer! Don’t know about a bathing suit yet though! ;-(

    Am in earnest dieting better- reducing the intake of sugar and unhealthy stuff! I have only about 10-15 lb to lose, but that’s why it’s so hard!! Would love to tango my tummy away :) Thanks for the entry!

    I work long hours and then come home to kids to get to ballgames. To make up for this I walk the stairs inplace of the elevators, park my car as far from the door as possible.

    I’ve been running and riding my bike, but I hate doing crunches so I still have flabby abs. I’ve been watching this informercial and it looks great. Thanks for sharing~

    Now that the weather is nicer, I’ve been taking long walks. I’ve also been doing daily exercises in increments of 10 minutes.

    I love doing home work-outs, especially yoga and pilates! Core rhythms would be another wonderful way for me to get bathing suit ready without even leaving my house!

    I’m currently maternity bathing suit ready (doing prenatal exercise)…as my little man is due in July. Once he is here, I will be walking, doing a sort of “mommy and me” yoga, and a postnatal exercise routine. Would love to win this though to spice up the routine when the time comes!!

    Well truth be told there’s no way I can be bathing suit ready this summer!!! But maybe if I start riding my bike, walking, and doing these DVDs I could be ready by the summer of 2012!!! LOL

    Not only am I trying to get bathing suit ready, but I am trying to get looking good for my sister’s wedding in June. I get so bored with working out and I think this would be great for me! I am going to start running to pump up my cardio, but my midsection is by far my biggest problem area and this would be awesome to win! Thank you for the chance!

    I don’t know if I will ever feel bathing suit ready, lol but I’ve been trying to not eat at night which is huge for me… that’s my favorite time to eat! I’ve also been playing the Wii.. which makes me more sore then I’d like to admit :) I do get bored easy though and have been trying to find something new to motivate me.. Congrats on your inches lost!

    I’ve been doing the South Beach diet since Feb and have lost abt 10 lbs. LOVE LOVE LOVE working out at home – I have 100’s of workout dvds – but don’t have this one. I will look into it! Love variety…I promise I will check into it!! :)

    I’ve been working out in the treadmill eversince I started working from home and cancelled my gym membership at work. But I’m really bored to death doing this everytime. I entertain myself by plugging my children’s ipod in my ears listening to their hsm, camp rock, and cheetah girls music.

    I need something fun and motivating and effective to get me going… I really, really want this workout dvds… Hope I’ll win it this time :-)

    Well since we’re expecting in August the whole bathing suit thing is moot for this year – but I’ve been trying to walk a lot to keep the baby weight from getting out of control – once the baby comes I’ll need all the help I can get to fit back into my jeans!!

    With a new baby its hard to get as much exercise as I like. Since the weather has been so nice we go on walks 2-3 times per day. Also at work I always take the stairs and drink lots of water throughout the day.

    I am not doing nearly as much as I should be to get bathing suit ready, seeing as I’ve recently given birth and all… Now that it looks like spring may really be here, I’m hoping to get out walking with the baby more often. I’m also chasing a 3 yr. old around – that can sure get your heartrate up. I do enjoy dancing though (not that I’m at all good at it) so if these DVD’s are actually fun and effective, they may be good motivators for me!
