When you are pregnant, exercise is so important and many women let that go. This system makes it doable and not overwhelming. Once you are given the ok by your own obstetrician to exercise, Preggers is a complete program that begins in your 2nd trimester– the stage in your pregnancy when your body starts to really change. The system was developed by Beverly Caen, working mom of 3 and fitness expert John Cruz to make exercise easier for women who struggle to find time in the day to work out.
