    I use to be a ‘white bread’ girl then body issues started so now I am a ‘wheat girl’, I also love brocolli. Other than that it is my daily chewable tablets, muffins, yogurt, cereal. When you face the ‘bum’ issues I have in the pass you really make a change in your diet to not have to go through that again, it was horrible.

    My kids and I really love the Fiber One Key Lime yogurt…we can’t keep enough of it in our fridge, and the boys also really like the granola bars. I feel good giving them these products because I know they are getting a lot of fiber. I’ve also changed from white pasta to whole wheat pasta….they didn’t even notice the difference.

    I eat Fiber One Cereal, Honey Oat Cherrios (which also helps with cholesterol) and lots of whole grains, especially whole wheat bread. I also try to eat veggies and fruit, each as one quarter of my diet daily (the other two quarters being devoted to carbs and proteins).

    I have oatmeal most mornings and add blueberries which are high in fiber. I use 100% whole wheat bread for lunch and try to eat apples and other high fiber fruit and veggies throughout the day.

    I have a fiber cereal in the morning, a fiber yogurt in the afternoon, and in the evening, I put 2 tablespoonfuls of fiber cereal in a half container of fiber yogurt.

    fiber bars, eat alot of beans and rich in fiber foods- but this looks like a great way to get fiber without having well…at least i could feed this to my husband and be able to light a cand;e without having the house explode

    I take individually wrapped dried plums (aka prunes, but doesn’t dried plums sound nicer?) with me in my purse, so when I’m hungry during the day, my snack is a great source of fiber.
